The wide range of hard and soft services are delivered and monitored with the help of specific software programs and IoT tools that are developed internally within OKIN FACILITY. The company runs its own HelpDesk system which allows for constant communication with its clients. In the area of technical maintenance OKIN FACILITY has developed its own application Drive! which allows for constant monitoring of all technical activities that are going throughout the company. OKIN FACILITY continuously improves the quality of its services and offers its customers a unique set of know-how gained through its long lasting experience and membership in the European Customer Synergy S.A. alliance.
